Ford assembly line, 1949

Furgões, automóveis e caminhonetes, parados na linha de montagem da planta de Edgewater em 1949, em função da greve que paralisou a Ford em princípio daquele ano. Diz a legenda original desta foto, o seguinte:

“The assembly line at the Ford Motor Company’s Edgewater plant is idle, following a lay-off due to a parts shortage, May 11. The parts normally come from Ford’s River Rouge plant in Detroit now strikebound.”

    Cara, Edgewater foi a assembly plant que meu coupé 51 saiu!!
    No VIN diz B1EG…, onde EG significa Edgewater.
